The City School Ravi Campus organized sports festival which was held on 8th,9th and 10th November. Event was sponsored by The Poet Restaurant, Multicolor International, BJ and DJ events, Cafe Connect, Subway, Digital destiny, and California pizza. In this sports fest many students of O/A levels and matric participated. Host team worked very hard to make the event amazing and the event actually turned amazing. . Chandbagh, Kips, Lacas, APS, UCL, BCCG, American Lycetuff, LGS, SISA, and The City School participated in the games. Cricket, Ludo, Futsal, Table Tennis, Chess, Fifa, Basketball, snooker, Throw-ball, and badminton were played.

                               Day 1 was quiet hectic and busy for the delegations as well as for the host team. On first day registrations were done of the participants and they were given the cards to avoid any inconvenience for the rest two days in entry (due to security purposes). Then all the teams were taken to the auditorium of Ravi campus to start the opening ceremony. Ceremony was started with the recitation of Surahs. After that delegations were introduced with Heads and Co-Heads of each game. And they guided the delegations where they have to move to play the games. Time management was perfect everything, was done on time, and many games ended before time. Team Socials organized Qawali night for delegates and students of Ravi Campus. In which Naeem Ali Santoo was invited. Everybody enjoyed that too. That was a wonderful decision as everybody enjoyed a lot.

 Moving on to Day 2 of festival. Only matches were played and the finals were selected. Again I will say that time management was perfect. But the Throw-ball match got bit interesting it was between SISA and BCCG. The duration of match was one hour and finally SISA won the match. BCCG was very strong team and it was the first match that they didn’t won. Cricket, Table Tennis, Fifa, Ludo, Chess, Basketball, Strong Man and Tug of War were played too. Day 3 was all about the final matches of Futsel, Cricket and Table Tennis. Final Futsel Match was very intresting it was between City Ravi and UCL. Both teams were the best teams, during the first half of the match Ravi played very well the score was high than UCL, but then UCL finally won the match.

Then all the delegatin were taken to the auditorium for the closing ceremony of the festival. Closing ceremony was started with the recitation of Surahs. And this ceremony was conducted by Director Publications and Assistant Director Publications. Fayyaz ul Hassan Chohanwas invited as the Chief guest. He did a speech on the importance of such events that should be held as these events are very important for youngesters. He also appreciated the whole host team who worked very hard to arrange the event. Then finally Gold and silver meddels were awarded to the winners and runner upps. Certificates and cups were also given to them. Certicates and shield were given to the Directors of the host team. And certificates were given to the members of host team. Host team thanked to all the participants who came and participated. And also thanked to the sponsers who helped to make the event memorable. The event coordinator and sports coordinator said that they will arrange sports fest next year too. The event was actually outstanding and should be held again. But one thing that should be done next time is that ID cards should be given to the delegations before the event starts so that it will not make much chaos at the first day. Allover everything was perfect and fantastic.
